Delivery area & shipping cost
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO military postal addresses are not supported. All orders receive free standard shipping. Handling takes 1–2 business days; transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days, combining handling and transit. These are estimates, not delivery guarantees.
Handling & order cutoff
Our order cutoff is 7:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round; it does not change for daylight saving time. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. For orders placed before the cutoff on a business day, that day is handling day 1. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on excluded holidays begin handling on the next business day.
